My opinion about cochlear implant..... IS THAT THEY ARE VERY GOOD STUFF, and babies can have CI IF PARENTS WANTS TO! My parent let me have cochlear implant so soon and my surgery is on May 21st(by my friend Ashley) But the opinon part is mine
